Product Development (Food Scientist, R&D)

As a Product Development professional, you will work in our clients R&D Department, developing delicious, new menu items while enhancing the characteristics of existing products. You will spearhead the formation, creation, organization and testing of new ingredients, products, and processes, all with growth objectives in mind. A knowledgeable, creative, think-outside-the-box personality with an entrepreneurial spirit will go far in this role. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or Chemistry. Youll need 3 to 5 years R&D experience with product development responsibilities. A background in dry or powdered nutritional food products and supplements is highly preferred. Multitasking abilities will be needed, as well.
