Job Details:
Functions as a leader with 24 hours in assuming responsibility for functional activities in his/her designated areas. Assumes accountability for supervision and operational direction of his/her areas as delegated. Facilitates development of departmental goals and objectives that are in support of department/institutional philosophy and mission.
Qualified professional with 3 to 5 years of clinical/technical training and experience. Must be flexible and able to address multiple issues simultaneously. Must be able to stay organized despite chaotic surroundings and changing priorities. Must be able to establish, monitor and maintain uniform policies and procedures in support of established goals. Must have the ability to interpret financial statistical data to assist leadership with critical and timely decision making. Basic computer knowledge/skills required. Previous managerial experience in health care related field desired. Licenses, registrations, certifications and other credentials are required, if applicable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
