Job Overview:
This is a part time position.
The Resident Project Representative position to support the firm's Public Works Engineering Services.
This role will serve as the primary liaison between the engineers and the contractors throughout all construction phases of the project located in Jefferson Parish, LA.

Responsibilities:
Provide on-site observation of mostly steel sheet pile wall bulkhead construction; on-site observation also includes some drainage features and concrete wall construction.
Perform operational and administrative data collection and analysis while maintaining appropriate daily reports and records.
Field measurements for verification of quantities for contractor payment requests.
Field verification of conformance with contract documents.
Document information to prepare record drawings.
Assist with contract close-out documentation.
Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED minimum; Associate degree in Civil/Construction preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in construction observation and/or construction management Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite Willing and able to work in Jefferson Parish, LA Who we are and what we do:
