Service Clerk (Metairie OTB)
Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking meals for customers,Selling admission forms and programs,mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons,Issuing and cashing Mutuel vouchers, andPerforming special projects as needed.
Ensures customer satisfaction and addresses customer questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Must be 21 years or older (required by Casino and/or State regulations).
Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License(Company will provide application.
)Must have the ability to stand for at least 8 hours at a time, and are able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (with or without a reasonable accommodation).
Recommended Skills Cooking Customer Satisfaction Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
