Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Food provided monthly or more
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance information - Maintain patient records and update necessary information - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred - Proficient in using office management software such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office - Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic proofreading skills for reviewing documents or correspondence - Ability to transcribe information accurately if required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
