Our company is seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Customer Service Representative to join our thriving sales team.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

4.
Detailed knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to explain and sell them to customers.

Experience with conflict resolution, with the ability to handle customer complaints and disputes effectively and professionally.

Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
7.
Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
8.
Strong telephone etiquette, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively over the phone.
9.
Experience with data entry, with the ability to accurately record customer interactions and transactions.
10.
A positive attitude, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
