Your mission as an ORACLE Lighting Customer Relations Representative will be to provide excellent customer service that will result in lifelong customers.

Provide timely, attentive and efficient support to our customers.

Provide information to customers by using the provided methods/tools.
Provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer resolution.
