Answer Phone - take messages, direct calls, be the voice of Paradise Pools Support Field Operations Respond to daily emails and create work orders as needed Scheduling:
Confirming Appointments, Creating Appointments, Setting up Appointments.
Billing and Accounting - AR/AP Entry Organize and File records Maintain office workflow that includes preparing cleaning tags, creating work orders, and ordering and assigning supplies and parts for work orders.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Business college training an advantage Competent computer skills, including MS Office or equivalent Quickbooks Experience is required! Key Competencies:
