Process and track patient referrals Assist in assigning cases to staff Review and assign clinical documentation Complete assessments and necessary documentation Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources, to enhance perceptions of our Home Health agency as a high-quality provider of services This is a full-time in-office position, Monday thru Friday 8:
