The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, including transcribing legal dictation via dictaphone, preparing documents, managing calendars, and QuickBooks helpful.
The ideal candidate will be able to type correspondence and pleadings.
If you do not have experience with transcribing from a dictaphone, please do not apply.
Responsibilities:
Transcribing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and letters.
Answering phones and responding to emails.
Preparing legal documents for filing with the court.
Managing attorney calendars and scheduling appointments.
QuickBooks helpful.
