- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments, collect payments and maintain calendars - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and emailing - Manage office supplies and inventory - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks - Provide administrative support to the team as needed - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Patient recall
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or office setting preferred - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a bonus for candidates applying for medical receptionist positions - Ability to transcribe notes or dictations accurately We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
