Automotive Sales Consultant (Auto Sales / Customer Service)
To qualify for the Automotive Sales Consultant, you must have a strong desire to succeed and be well-organized, committed and have a positive attitude and be willing to provide outstanding customer service.
Additional requirements of the Automotive Sales Consultant include:
Sales experience (preferably in the automotive industry)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have valid driver's license
Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and building relationships with new and existing customers to ensure outstanding customer service.
Additional responsibilities of the Automotive Sales Consultant include:
Determining customer automotive needs while educating the customer on used car ownership
Demonstrating vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives
Meeting and exceeding dealership goals and objectives
Maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow-up
Suggesting optional equipment for customer purchase
Engaging in business development
Other compensation includes: medical, dental & vision benefits, 401K
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
