Insurance Account Service Representative
Responsibilities / Job
Summary:
Have the ability to conduct themselves professionally in a team oriented environment
Be willing to assist the sales team by marketing to and providing premier customer service to clients on insurance policies.
Have the ability to promptly and accurately provide quotes, binders and policies to clients
Be able to read, interpret and understand written proposals.
Have the skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of saturations where the customers need assistance.
Responsible for performing other duties as assigned, i.e.: filing, mail processing, reports etc.
Have the ability to increase sales by introducing other business lines to customers then referring them to appropriate sales staff.

Entrepreneurial minded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
P & C and Life and Health insurance license or (must be able to obtain)assistance available
Undergraduate degree preferred or sales experience w/ High School Diploma or equivalent
