Insurance Agent-Account Sales Representative
Responsibilities / Job
Summary:
Have the ability to conduct themselves professionally in a team oriented environment
Be willing to sell, prospect, build and manage a pipeline of clients and provide the appropriate insurance products to fit their needs.
Have the ability to promptly and accurately provide quotes, binders and policies to clients
Be able to develop solutions and written proposals
Have the skills to present proposals and close sales
Responsible for performing other duties as assigned
Have the ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
Additional Requirements:
Strong goal-orientation, self-motivation and positive approach to business
A Team player with a can-do attitude
Entrepreneurial minded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
P & C and Life and Health insurance license or (must be able to obtain)assistance available
Undergraduate degree preferred or sales experience w/ High School Diploma or equivalent
